A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight, unless a promotional free shipping offer is active and applicable to your order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or any safe drop location. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen after investigation, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
