We charge a single flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders, regardless of order size. Simple, transparent, and no surprises at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimate

Standard delivery typically takes 5โ€“10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a valid street address is provided at checkout to avoid any delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please allow up to 24โ€“48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update with the latest scan information.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.

Additional Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chocolatedoll Clothing Store is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim and checking with neighbors or building management.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Multiple Items in One Order

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. The flat $4.99 rate still applies to your entire order.
